The neighborhood is a lake loving community! And the whole neighborhood has dead end streets with this home at the end of one of the dead ends so no vehicles are driving through which adds to the quietness and seclusion plus great neighbors that have always been very friendly and helpful if needed but usually keep to themselves and wouldnt interrupt your stay.

Guests have full access of the property except three outdoor closets and two indoor closets and a detached garage used for owners supplies, etc. but there is still plenty of room for guests belongings!

Water around the house varies from 3ft from the side bank up to 12+ feet from the end of the dock similar depths of a swimming pool so no worries about water being too deep or not deep enough! 3) Over 4000 sq ft of outside deck space! Some deck space covered/shaded and some in the sun! 4) Cozy cottage with mostly glass for great views! Other Details to Note
I want you to have a great time during your stay and avoid any accidents since that will always interrupt an enjoyable stay so I would recommend having a walk through of the entire space with all little ones to thoroughly discuss any obstacles and/or hazards that could be potentially dangerous such as not running on the multiple levels of deck space and stairs, paying close attention to anyone below before jumping or diving off of the diving boards, coming in the house wet on potentially slippery porcelain floors, playing with fire in fire pit, not walking on the cat walk, etc. ***Tragic accidents can happen in a split second so please encourage each swimmer to keep a close eye on other swimmers and have good swimmers take turns being the lifeguard! It could save a life!
