My fiancé and I really loved the place. It was far enough away from all the craziness of Pigeon Forge to be peaceful, yet not so far away that it was a far drive from everything. It’s a great place to stay for young couples looking for a quick getaway! Charles was also very responsive in a timely manner.

gorgeous, very spacious and cozy. wish we were staying longer, i really wanted to cook in the kitchen, it was so homey. after an incredibly stressful, physical day packing my mom to move (and trying to have it done before movers arrived), this condo was the perfect place to be.

Southern Hospitality indeed!! Very friendly & responsive & eager to want to know who's enjoying his space. It was very spacious & comfy. Really enjoyed the living room & main bedroom. Would definitely come back & utilize the space in the future

Cute little condo! Close to a coffee shop and in a cute old neighborhood. Walls are thin, you can hear the upstairs neighbors. So if it doesn’t bother you then it’s a great stay!

Condo was exactly as described. Beautiful view. Wood burning fireplace was a must have for us. We brought our own firewood but forgot matches. Bed was comfortable. Bring your own toiletries. Tiny, tiny sample soap and shampoo. Could use some upgrades but would stay there again.

There were a few hiccups when we first got there but communication was top notch. Constant communication and things were settled quickly. We’ve stayed several times before and will stay again. Highly recommend.

This condo is in the perfect location. Walking distance to the cute little shops and restaurants in downtown Florence. The condo is spacious. Kitchen was great. We brought Kcups for a Keurig but it was a regular coffee pot. Charles left a cute little mason jar with coffee, sugar and coffee filters which was super thoughtful! Shower/bathtub was big and the water pressure was great! The bed was super comfy! I have zero complaints! Charles was super fast at responding and very accommodating. Last minute we had to add a night and it was no problem. My daughter attends UNA so we will definitely book this condo with Charles again!

Charles place was just as described. Super clean and in a great location downtown. Charles was super responsive when there was an issue with the shower head it was taken care of immediately. The place was great.

Charles place was great! Described as the pictures. Felt right at home in a good neighborhood. Will be making plans to visit again soon and wish to be able to stay at Charles place again. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! 5 STAR
