This cabin was an amazing get away from everything! We wanted to get away from work and life in Knoxville but not too far. It was the perfect size and was able to bring the dogs. My dogs enjoyed the porch while we enjoyed the hot tub. It was amazing!

It was a great stay and place was very cozy. We didn't get to spend too much time outside as we wanted due to the weather and a few bees around the lounge area. Over all Charles was great and responsive. We hope to come back again.

I really enjoyed staying at Charles place the 2 weeks that I was there, he had all the essential things that were needed to make you feel right at home, his home was real peaceful and I got much needed rest on the weekends, I even walked and got familiar with the neighborhood, I definitely would stay again. Another thing to add, Charles was very responsive when I needed to get a hold of him.

This cabin was exactly as listed, clean and in a quiet area. Hot tub was clean, plenty of towels and basic amenities. The host was quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in/out instructions were explained well and easy to follow. Will definitely book with this host again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to do remote work it is perfect. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony while sipping mimosas and working on my laptop with my fishing pole cast out. I appreciated the fully furnished kitchen. I also loved the great water pressure in the shower with hot water. One other cool thing I adored was the tin ceiling. Thank you for the wonderful experience Chuck, we appreciate you!

Charles was an absolutely awesome host. There were issues that arose out of his control, yet he addressed everything and solved them all within just a few minutes. He was very easy to get in touch with and most helpful beyond our expectations! His kindness and willingness to work with us is something you don’t see anymore, and it made our stay even more enjoyable! 100% recommend!!

A Perfect Stay in Historical Downtown Florence! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Charles' Airbnb at 501 #A in Historical Downtown Florence, Alabama, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality. Charles was incredibly communicative and provided detailed instructions for check-in, making my arrival seamless. The ambiance of the house itself is charming and beautifully decorated, showcasing the rich history of the area while offering all the modern amenities one could need. The location is unbeatable! It’s within walking distance to an array of local restaurants, shops, and attractions. I particularly loved exploring the nearby parks and enjoying the vibrant local culture right outside my door. The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home.

2nd time staying in one of Charles’ rentals. Highly recommend! Simple space, but clean, and a lovely view over the water. Such a fun space to stay in, and close / easy to get to things you need nearby. Instructions made check-in very easy as well.

We throughly enjoyed our 2-night Condo stay. The condo was clean & comfortable. There was adequate space for my for my family (2 adults & 2 children) to move around or function in separate spaces. All amenities were available as described in the listing. Upon arrival, I contacted the owner/manager about the door code. The response was timely & very friendly. I must reference the neighbors or other tenants on the property. It's not often that strangers stop and greet one another & genuinely engage in conversation. My visit on the property was made more special & comfortable by people whom I may never meet again (except the one couple that said they are regulars). The exchange made me feel at home. I would book this property again.

I’m back again! Charles is a great host and Veteran friendly. I am on a job right next to this slam dunk. It’s against my better judgement sharing my spot but these guys deserve all the business. Bring your boat bring friends, and bring the dog too. These guys just want you to come and have a week on the water with no worries. They have pretty good WiFi too if you need to “step in to the office for a second” and put out some fires. I like coming here and will be back. Thanks again!
