This Newly Remodeled upstairs Condo has a cozy feel with approximately 400 sq.ft.. This unique space also includes all new furniture, an upgraded full kitchen with stainless appliances (Stove, full size refrigerator (11 cu. ft.) , dishwasher, garbage disposal, overhead microwave, standard coffee maker, toaster, etc.), granite countertops, kitchen utensils, dinnerware, etc. large windows facing the water and a small exclusive deck off of the kitchen with cushioned furniture and charcoal grill.

The surrounding area has several renovations and new homes being built and has a Marina across the slough with gas and sometimes grilled food on Friday and Saturday, etc. Tell Keith (Owner) Chuck sent you! There are people that walk and walk their pets in the evening around this location.

Guests will all have separate and Private Studio Condos and may access all shared outdoor space.

Good to know

This is a private Studio with a private full Kitchen, full bath and separate balcony with additional shared outdoor deck space and two piers! Water is approximately 8 feet at the end of piers. Please note: Unit #2 does not include a dedicated desk. Instead, the space is furnished with a dining table, coffee table, and an outdoor table that can be used as needed. Outdoor seating is available; however, the seating does not include cushions.

Other Details to Note

Guests may dock their boats at the piers and/or bring any water toys, kayaks, canoes, etc.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a quiet place to do remote work it is perfect. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony while sipping mimosas and working on my laptop with my fishing pole cast out. I appreciated the fully furnished kitchen. I also loved the great water pressure in the shower with hot water. One other cool thing I adored was the tin ceiling. Thank you for the wonderful experience Chuck, we appreciate you!

2nd time staying in one of Charles’ rentals. Highly recommend! Simple space, but clean, and a lovely view over the water. Such a fun space to stay in, and close / easy to get to things you need nearby. Instructions made check-in very easy as well.

Very hospitable and attentive to guest needs. Communication was clear and understanding. Nice place for the price and clean. Definitely recommend for a weekend getaway or a pad to stay for work in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Charles and Toni were very responsive — even when we arrived late and had to text them about parking (the allotted spots were occupied but we were able to park in an extra spot on the side of the road). The pictures are very accurate and the patio and pier are lovely! Neither of us can drive a boat, but if you are a boat person, you will love this place even more. Although we didn’t get to spend any time out on the water, we enjoyed just hanging out on the pier and spent most of our time out there. It’s a perfect weekend getaway spot if you’re wanting something relaxing and private. My only feedback would be the stairs leading up to the condo. They are very steep and just a little rickety. They’re backless, so be careful when you wear sandals or long dresses! We had no issues at all with them, and they weren’t a problem, just something to be cautious about. (I almost lost a sandal to the lake going up and down them 😅). Also, bring bug spray!

We love it! We’re here for work and we just can’t say enough positive things about the place. We’re right on the water, my husband loves being able to fish both before and after work, and the back door is right on the dock. The owners have been so helpful with helping us figure everything out. It’s quiet and peaceful. The beds are very comfortable, bathroom is great, everything is furnished for what is needed in the kitchen. We are definitely booking with them for the next 3 weeks that we are here.
