These Suites are part of the historical downtown in which there are several events throughout the year including "First Friday" when local businesses and local artists come together every first Friday of each month to sell their crafts on the downtown streets along with local bands playing in the restaurants and also sometimes on the streets.

Guest Access

Each Suite is private and does not share any amenities (bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room, bedrooms etc.). The outdoor porches are open to the adjacent Suite but a Suite does have 300 +/- square feet each.

Good to know

Very spacious with 1200 +/- square feet plus a covered outdoor porch- walking distance to restaurants, post office, Library, parks, UNA college, special events, etc.

These Suites are unique with original hardwood floors, large windows that give a very open feeling and more spacious than any other daily/weekly rental in the area.

Charles was a great host! My family and I had a wonderful time well staying at his property. The property is Located Just outside of downtown in the historical district of Florence. It is a wonderful place to stay if you like to walk to a lot of the restaurants around the area. It is a peaceful place to stay, Great for winding down after a long day of activities

Super easy to get in and out of, and we appreciated the off-street parking. This is a great locale for walking and it's close to restaurants and other things to see in town. We had to cut our trip short, but look forward to returning to Florence.

Thank you to Charles and his team for a great stay and the help you gave for my long term move. Will definitely stay with you again and I highly recommend this rental and Charles and his team. The service and responsiveness is second to none. I had an issue with the washer and they went way above and beyond to make it right. They literally offered to have someone go by and dry clean all of my clothes for the inconvenience after they already gave me access to another washer. It was so much of a goodwill gesture in fact, that I refused to take it; it was to much to offer for such a small problem that they solved within an hour of the call. Hands down, the best experience I have had from an Airbnb host bar none. Thank you for the amazing stay.
